You can control whether the SDK sends heartbeat messages and how frequently they are emitted by updating the following parameters in the .env file:
HEART_BEAT=1 # 1 = ON, 0 = OFF
HEART_BEAT_INTERVAL=10000 # Interval in milliseconds (e.g., 10000 = every 10 seconds)
